As part of my graduation project at NID, I worked with Last Mile Money, IDEO on re-imagining the SHG meeting experience for bookkeepers, SHG leaders, and eventually, SHG members to track their savings, loans, and other transactions.

This process today is manual/paper-based, primarily handled by a bookkeeper that covers multiple regions. Most of the SHG members are women and many are new internet users. Thus, this project required alternate approaches of design, involving principles of design for digital confidence.
